Buzz Berry
Buzz was born and raised in historic Charleston, SC. He grew up loving the coast while surfing, skateboarding, and performing in community theatre. His passion for performing and entertaining led him to a career in television and radio broadcasting. He considers himself very fortunate to have worked along side many talented and inspirational personalities throughout his journey.
Prior to Buzz joining the Country Superstars 102.3 family, he was the executive producer and host of the television game show Sqrambled Scuares.

He's now proud to be a member of the community and part of the Country Superstars 102.3 team as the host of The Morning Buzz.

Carlie grew up in Eastern NC, and was  raised around the radio industry. Being married and mother of 3, she always has an experience to share. She’s a sweet, fun, typical southern girl that challenges Buzz on his opinions, and her naivete adds some laughter to the Morning Buzz.

She’s a member of the Central Johnston Rotary Club, and volunteers with several organizations in the community.

Her favorite part about working at Country Superstars 102.3 is getting to meet new people and interacting with the listeners.

Randy Jordan

Randy was raised under the big sky of Oklahoma, and around Kansas City. Visiting N.C. when in Middle School, he proclaimed NC the most beautiful place he had ever been and said he would some day live there. He has now for two decades.

A Theatre major in college, he left school because everyone he knew with Theatre degrees stayed in academia forever, and he was interested in acting not teaching. After working a lot of manual labor and sales jobs, he decided there had to be an easier way to make a living doing something that offered the creative release theatre offered. He enrolled in a correspondence radio school, and pestered every Program Director in Topeka until he landed his first radio job. Radio moved he and his family all over the country but, he's been blessed to have made a good career of something he loves.

He is still acting and directing, and has been seen on various community theatre stages across the Triangle in recent years including Smithfield, Benson, Garner, Raleigh, Cary, and Wake Forest.

Favorite Country Artists: Clint Black (there is no better writer, no one turns a phrase like Clint), and B & D.
Clay McCauley

I was raised on radio!
Growing up around radio stations, this NC native got hooked on it at an early age! Now you can say, I am 'living in the dream'! Kick back... Relax...and feast your EARS to my great stories behind the sweet sounds of 60's, 70's, and 80's Country music!

The best part of working at Country Superstars 102.3 FM is the Paycheck…just kidding. It’s the MUSIC!!"
When asked "If you could trade lives w/ any country artist for a day who would it be & why?" I would have to say--Tim McGraw...  Why... Faith Hill!
