Growing up in Raleigh, Mike fell in love with radio and launched his high school's closed-circuit radio station. His radio career has taken him to many dial positions and cities across the USA, including Raleigh, Buffalo, San Francisco, Charlotte, and Washington, D.C. Throughout his career, Mike has been honored with numerous industry awards and honors, including three nominations as Billboard's Program Director of the Year.

Carlie grew up in Eastern NC and was raised around the radio industry. Being married and a mom of three, she always has an experience to share. She's a sweet, fun, typical southern girl who volunteers with several organizations in the community.
Ryan cracked the airwaves in North Carolina for the first time in 1998 at an AM station in Garner and moved up to FM radio in towns including Raleigh, New Bern and Louisburg. He's a self-proclaimed "fan first" of Country Superstars 102.3! When Ryan's not on the radio, you can catch him singing for and fronting Raleigh-based Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band Tuesday's Gone all over the east coast.
Originally from New Jersey, Brody has called Raleigh home since 2003 (with brief stints in West Palm Beach and Las Vegas along the way). "Between the weather, reasonable cost of living and proximity to the mountains, beach and my parents I can see why people want to move here!" Besides his over 15 years in radio, Brody is an avid 80's horror movie, chocolate and sushi fan.
